Yeah, my computer is broken. At first I thought it was the power supply overheating, because my computer would just randomly reboot itself every so often, but that seems to be an incorrect diagnosis. It appears that my hard drive is now toast. My bios loads fine, and then... nothing happens. Judging from the fact that my hard drive used to have a "dropping marbles" sound to it while it was thinking, I'm guessing the spindle has worked itself loose and the hard drive is now nothing but scrap metal and useless plastic. Joy.
So, I am relegated to the school computer lab, which is not so bad. These computers are much nicer than my own. But I can't play Puzzle Pirates on them. So uhm, Picard, if you read this, please take care of the distillery for me!
I guess I will be mostly incognito for a bit so... if you need to reach me, you should call me. Or email, if you don't have my number, and I will be able to check that every so often, even if I have to go down to the library to do so.
Goodbye world: If you know anyone who has a spare hard drive lying around, let me know!!!
