At least in Katie Land (also known as the lower mainland of BC) it does! Here, not so much. It's grey and snowing and the only daffodils to be found are the ones the Girl Guides are hawking in the shopping malls to support cancer research.
I'm still sick, bit the bullet and went to the dreaded doctor today, who agreed that I have a sinus infection and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Whee. Getting better soon though. Speaking of which...
